At Biker Gear Bargains, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with the original box and/or packaging and all tags attached.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Process
- Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please request a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting our customer service team. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- How to Request a Return: Log in to your account on our website, navigate to "Order History," and select the order you wish to return. Follow the prompts to request a return and print the RA form.
- Return Shipping: Securely package your items and include the RA form in your shipment. Returns should be sent to the address provided with your RA instructions. Do not use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. For customers in the contiguous 48 U.S. states, we offer a prepaid return shipping label for a fee of $9.99, which will be deducted from your refund.
- International Returns: For international returns, you are responsible for all shipping, customs, and brokerage fees.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours), your refund will be processed. Credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- Store Credit: Refunds for wire transfer payments will be issued as store credit.
5. Exchanges
- How to Exchange: To exchange an item, please process your return and place a new order for the replacement merchandise. If you used TeamZilla cash on the original item, it will be subtracted from your refund.
- Shipping for Exchanges: If your new order qualifies for free ground shipping, it will be applied. You are responsible for return shipping costs on the original order.
6. Order Cancellations and Modifications
- Before Processing: Orders can be canceled or modified only while their status is "Order Received." Once processed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
- Reporting Issues: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. Keep all original packaging and take photos of the damage. We will assist with claims through the carrier.
8. Warranty Returns
- Manufacturer Warranty: Most items come with a manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Contact the manufacturer or us for warranty claims. Warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and is subject to manufacturer policies.
